We eliminate two middlemen, first your local retail jeweler and secondly De Beers. We are a manufacturer and a retailer with low overheads so we can pass on all the savings to you.

Sales tax within each of these states may vary based on the final destination of the package.

13) What do I look for in the quality of diamond?

Color, Clarity, Cut and Carat are four fundamental factors you must keep in mind. All Our fashion jewelry styles are set with High color (F-I) and clarity (Vvs to S I). All orders for certified loose stones, bridal rings or custom orders may choose from a wide selection of diamonds of different color and clarity from our inventory.

15) Are Lab Created Diamonds certified?

All diamond 1.00 carat and above are certified by an Independent grading company, International Gemological Institute aka IGI in New York City.

17) How do I obtain my tracking number?

Your order package tracking number will be e -mailed to you after your order has been shipped either by UPS, Fed Ex or USPS.

We ship to USA, Canada, Puerto Rico and US Territories. Note: Any local taxes and Duties will be paid by the recipient.

30 days unconditional free return. Prior Authorization Required. Call or email for Return Label.

8) Do you offer ring Sizing?

Yes, free of charge. All special sized rings or bracelets may not be returned.

12) Can I get a certificate of appraisal?

Yes, you may be able to obtain a certificate of appraisal for Insurance purpose as well as authenticity and integrity of the product.

14) Can I customize my order?

Yes. We are in the heart of diamond district in New York and may be able to fulfill all your possible custom requests. Please keep in mind custom orders may not be returned.

16) What is the difference between white, yellow & rose gold?

They are all same gold except they differ in color and different alloys are used to form each color. All our product are in 14K Gold. Any bridal orders may be ordered in 18K or Platinum as special order only.

18) Do you offer any engraving service?

We do. A service charge may apply and please note that any engraved orders may not be returned.
